About Me
My name is Matthew DeLucas. I graduated from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in the Fall of 2008 from their Game Art and Design program receiving a Bachelors of Science degree. There I learned a wide variety of skills in many areas: illustration, 3D modeling and animation, writing, programming, and more. Most of these skills revolved around video games, their design and production.
After graduating, I continued strengthening these skills, interning at Sim Ops Studios where I helped test and develop assets for their WildPockets game engine. Shortly after, I was hired by Schell Games as a Game Engineer, scripting and designing games for their current projects.
Though a majority of my work currently involves game scripting, I still put energy towards improving myself in as many areas as possible. I continue to work independently in platforms such as XNA, GameMaker, and Flash, but also participate in Game Jam and other projects with friends.
